Storm. A merchant ship sinks at sea, and a coach collides with a luxury car on land. Meeting on a deserted beach are a doctor suffering from amnesia, a girl who wants to become Miss Universe, a young man who wants to be a pop star, a smuggler and a rich woman who wants to have a child. Suddenly a pregnant migrant woman is washed up by the sea in a terrible state.
DOROS: Who sent you to me?
ANNA: Desperation.
DOROS: What you are askingANNA: I was told that you are called a “saviour”.
DOROS: It’s true.
ANNA: Is it out of admiration or irony?
DOROS: Out of fear.
ANNA: People in fear are willing to do anything.
DOROS: Those in despair, even more so.
ANNA: Do you believe that?
DOROS: I see it. In your eyes.
