Assistant Professor in the Department of Theatre Studies of the University of the Peloponnese. Holds a PhD Theater Studies from the Graduate School of City University New York. She studied also linguistics and philosophy at the MIT (MSc) and at University College London (BA). She taught for several years at the Faculty of Classics of Columbia University. Her research focuses on production analysis as well as on the practical applications of theatre research; her academic papers have been published in journals such as PAJ, Theater /Yale School of Drama and Theatre Journal. She has collaborated as a dramatist and translator with professional theater companies in New York, including Classic Stage Company and La Mama. She recently curated an exhibition on the political cartoons of Bost at the Benaki Museum, which was accompanied by theatre-related and educational events.
