Writer. Born in Piraeus in 1953, he studied at the Drama School of Pelos Katselis and worked as an actor. He has received two awards from the Hellenic Ministry of Culture for his work as a playwright, for Playmobil (1989) and Anna, I said! (1994). In 1997, his play Save won an honorary distinction in the first International Cultural Competition organized by the Onassis Foundation. In 2001, in the second Competition organized by the Onassis Foundation, his play Foreigners – staged in the National Theatre of Greece’s New Scene – won the third international award. He has written 22 plays, all of which have been staged–four of them at children’s theatres. He has written also a novel, published by Kedros, 2007. His play The secret wound was performed in ANALOGIO 2007 and his Landscapes with a woman in ANALOGIO 2012.
