Writer. Born in 1973 in Lithuania, he studied literature and works as a writer and director for the theatre, cinema and television. His plays have been translated in various European languages, produced in Lithuania and abroad and awarded in Lithuanian and international festivals. He has written the plays The neighbor, 8-230, It’s me, Malysh, Madagascar, Covered, Close city, etc. The neighbor (1998), his first play, was presented in the Avignon Festival in 2000 and in ANALOGIO 2008.
