The Wife of the Complete Idiot

A young man confuses reality with art, himself with the role he plays, and love with its absence. In his attempt to elicit the audience’s help in order to salvage the meagre remains of dignity left to him, he strips himself bare and exposes his vulnerability, appealing to the empathy of the cold, anonymous spectator.

First commendation in the Municipality of Messolonghi Theatre Monologue Competition.

Love Is in the Air

Against the dark frame of a recent tragic accident, a young man is called upon to pay the heavy price for his own criminally careless attitude toward everything happening around him. He becomes aware of the consequences of his self-centred indifference only when he himself stands at the smallest circle of the target and the trigger has already been pulled.
