Minas Vintiadis
Minas Vintiadis is a journalist and author, born in Port Said in 1957 Said. He worked for approximately thirty years in the newspapers To Vima and Ta Nea, in various management positions, was for five years editor-in-chief of the historical magazine O Tahidromos, and he has also made cultural programming for the Third Programme on state radio. He has written six novels, a collection of short stories, two children’s books and more than twenty plays, including Lower Parthenon, which was played by the National Theatre of Norther Greece, at the Alma, in London, Oxford, Brussels and was taught at the University; Tatoo land, which was nominated in 2018 for the Karolos Koun Award; Andromeda, which was staged in English at the Oxford International Festival; My brother Amadeus, which was staged at the Megaron Concert Hall in Athens.
