Director. Studied acting at the National Theatre of Northern Greece, Shakespearean Theatre at the RADA on a Chamber of Commerce scholarship, and Japanese Kabuki theatre under Matazo Nakamura at the Almeida Theatre in London. She then obtained an MFA in acting and directing on a Fulbright Foundation scholarship at the Ohio State University, USA, where she stayed on and worked as actor and director for 12 years. She has won the Ohio State’s Sunny theatre critics’ award for her performance as Agave, and the Helen Papanikolas by the Greek American Women’s Network, NY. USA. Since her return to Greece in 2004 she directs for the theatre and teaches acting, improvisation and directing.
