Savvas Stroumbos is responsible for the artistic supervision and adaptation.

Performed by Natalia Georgopoulou and Antonis Iordanou, with the show’s composer and musician Yannis Ismurnoglou on stage.

It is worth noting that the previous work of the group, “War Has No Woman Face” by Nobel Prize-winning author Svetlana Alexievich, was also presented with great success for two years, both in Greece and abroad.

Note:

Soma Medea or Medea wound, is a landscape of ultimate desire and lament.

Can life stem from a womb other than the unique visible or invisible wound that each person keeps within?

How can it be revealed? Which is the space and time destined to embrace the theatre of life?

Which is the stage that revives everything destined to pass into oblivion?

Medea and Jason remain unquestionably, inseparably together. Their mutual body is Hades, their souls, animating between myth and reality, play a theatre of life and death in Hades. In front of us we watch a game of two surviving shadows who experience the most human tragedy, that of devastation and desolation.

A game of two ghosts or two survivors experiencing the most human tragedy, that of ruin, that of desolation, of shadow.

Natalia Georgopoulou
