Director, academic. Born in Athens in 1953, he studied economics at the Law School of the University of Athens and theatre studies at Universit\u00e9 de Paris III \u2013 Sorbonne Nouvelle, attending also the school of the Popular Experimental Theatre. He has worked for radio as director and producer of shows on the theatre. In 1988 he co-founded the \u201cTheatre of Patra\u201d, which he ran for one year. In 1992 he participated in the creation of the \u201cFournos\u201d alternative cultural centre in Athens. In 1997 he founded the \u201cTheatre tou Logou\u201d troupe. He was Art Director of the National Theatre of Northern Greece from 2001 to 2004. He has directed plays for state theatres, Festivals, municipal regional theatres and subsidised troupes as well as for Turin’s Teatro Stabile. In ANALOGIO 2007 he participated in the round-table discussion on \u201cModern Greek dramaturgy, new international trends and outlooks\u201d and in ANALOGIO 2014 he directed Eleni Chaviara’s With new eyes. <\/p>\n\n
