Born in 1947 in Stavroupolis, Xanthi, he studied English at the Oxford School of English and Shipping at the City of London Polytechnic. Executive with the Latsis Group since 1971 and Member of the Latsis Foundation\u2019s Executive Board. He was conferred the title of Magister of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople. Received the Academy of Athens award in 2007 for his poetry collection Youths in hades (2005) and the first Odysseus Award of the international contest poetry at the 9th London Greek Film Festival in 2016. He has published 6 poetry collections.
