Born in Athens, he has written 25 books. His plays have been staged as part of the Cultural Olympiad at London\u2019s Southbank Centre, the Art Theatre Karolos Koun (ANALOGIO), the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation, the Kefallinias Street Theatre, the Attis Theatre, etc. His novel Alkis and the labyrinth won the first prize of the Children\u2019s Book Centre. His book American fugue was awarded by the National Endowment for the Arts in the USA. His works have been translated into 10 languages.
